Reservation Policies


1. GENERALITIES
The rates published on our website are in Colombian pesos, therefore the credit will be charged to your credit card in Colombian pesos. Please note that the amount that will appear on your credit card payment receipt may vary by a percentage due to the international fluctuation of the currency exchange rate. ZUETANA is not responsible for this fluctuation. You acknowledge that you have been informed of the fluctuation of the exchange rate and agree with it.
For fiscal reasons the invoices will be prepared after generating the payment or after having enjoyed the reserved services.
2. ACCOMMODATION
Rates for standard rooms include: accommodation, breakfast, taxes, WiFi internet service and local calls.
Rates for rooms type apart include: accommodation, taxes and WiFi internet service.
Minimum payment is required equivalent to 50% of the total stay. The reservation is only confirmed once the requested payment is received.


The payments are paid as follows:

  • Foreigners : Credit card, international money order or bank transfer. (Hotels Zuetana will send the data for transfer)
  • Nationals : Banking consignment, electronic transfer, national money orders, online payments using the PayU platform and credit card (Hoteles Zuetana will send the data for transfer)

3. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS AND CHANGES OF DATES

Cancellations of reservations and changes of date are received only by email to reservas@zuetana.co

Cancellations must be made before 5 pm Colombian time from Monday to Friday, at least 24 hours before the date of check-in, to reimburse the entire amount of the ticket, except for administrative or financial charges.

If the cancellation is received after 24 hours before the check-in date the deposit is not refunded.

There are no refunds for early departures.

4. NO SHOW

If the guest does not show up on the check-in date, it will be considered a "no show" and the first night will be charged.

5. TOURISM AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

The passenger is responsible for communicating via telephone ZUETANA changes in the flight itinerary that arise last minute. If you do not notify ZUETANA, there will be no refund of the payment.  

The cancellations and changes of date of the services of tourism or transport, are received only by email to reservas@zuetana.co

For tourism and transportation services, cancellations must be made before 5 pm Colombian time from Monday to Friday, 48 hours minimum before the date of service, to reimburse 90% of the subscription.  

If the cancellation is received after 48 hours before the service date, the payment is not reimbursed.
