Terms and Conditions

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
The rates published on our website are in Colombian pesos, therefore the payment will be charged to your credit card in Colombian pesos.
Please keep in mind that the amount shown on your receipt of credit card payment can vary a percent because of the fluctuating international currency exchange rate. Zuetana is not responsible for such fluctuation. You acknowledges that it has been informed of the exchange rate fluctuation and agree with it.
For tax reasons invoices are processed after generating the payment or after having enjoyed the reserved services.  
 
2. GUARANTEE POLICY

Rates for standard rooms include: accommodation, buffet breakfast, taxes, WiFi internet service and local calls.
Rates for apartamente type rooms include: accommodation, taxes and WIFI internet service.

At time of reservation the pay of 50% of total amount is needed to guarantee reservation, but full payment will be made upon check in.

The payments could be paid as follows:

  • Foreign: Credit card, international money order or bank transfer. (Hotels Zuetana send the data to transfer)
  • Local: bank deposit, Electronic Transfer, national money order and Credit card  (Hotels Zuetana send the data to transfer).

 

3. CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATIONS POLICY

Cancellations and modifications are received only by email to reservas@zuetana.co

Cancellation must be received 48 hours prior to 5 pm day of arrival (local hotel time) will be subject to one-night penalty charge and administrative charges to your credit card or forfeiture of deposit.

Guaranteed reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to 5pm day of arrival (local hotel time) will be subject to one-night penalty charge to your credit card or forfeiture of deposit.

No reimbursements for early departures.

4. NO SHOW

In case of no show the date of the check-in, the guest not entitled to any refund of deposit made.
5. TOURISM AND TRANSFERS
 
The passenger is responsible for notifying by phone to Zuetana changes in the flight schedule arising from the last minute. Failure to notify Zuetana, no refund of the deposit. 
Cancellations and modifications are received only by email to reservas@zuetana.co 
Cancellations for tourism services and transfer must be made before 5 pm (Colombian time) from Monday through Friday, at least 48 hours prior to take the service, to reimburse 90% of the deposit. 
If cancellation is received after 48 hours before the date of service, the deposit is not refunded.
